Deposit

Please note that your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Check-in / Check-out

Our rooms are available from 3.00 pm. Please inform us by telephone if you arrive after 6.00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the room by 10.00 am.

Booking cancellation

Reservations are only valid upon receipt of our confirmation by mail, fax or email and payment of a deposit by bank transfer.

• Up to 31 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be kept by the hotel as a cancellation fee
• 30 – 8 days prior to arrival: 70% of the booked stay will be charged
• 7 – 0 days prior to arrival: 90% of the booked stay will be charged

In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked period will be charged. We recommend that all our guests take out travel cancellation insurance before booking. This will cover all cancellation fees including the deposit.

Travel cancellation insurance

It is always possible that an unforeseen event may occur before your trip begins. With our travel cancellation insurance, you are financially protected in the event of such an occurrence. If you arrive late for your booked hotel stay, do not arrive at all or have to cancel early, cancellation fees may apply. To protect you from these costs, we recommend that you take out European Travel Insurance. With the European Travel Cancellation Cover Hotel Cancellation Plus you are optimally protected.

Local tax

From 1 January 2014, all accommodation establishments in South Tyrol charge a local tourist tax (except for children under the age of 14). This tax amounts to € 2.80 per person per day.
